Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above ₹700. For orders below ₹700, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.

  • International Shipping: International orders are shipped at a flat rate of ₹2000. Delivery times may vary based on location, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Damages

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@tempt.co.in with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
